If your return relates to an item purchased from elsewhere then please contact the retailer directly in the first instance.

Returning Unwanted Items

All purchases from Meyer Group are covered by a 28 day, no-quibble, money back guarantee. If you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, we will refund the full value of items which are returned within 28 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and you have a valid proof of purchase. If the product returned is not in a fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please be aware you will need to cover the cost of postage for returns.

To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Service team who will raise a return request for you. Please allow 5 working days from the time the parcel arrives for it to be processed. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Returning Damaged Items

We regret that, on occasion, items may arrive to you damaged. Should you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team who will make arrangements for a replacement item to be sent to you, and your damaged item to be returned (at no additional cost).

When you contact us, please have your order reference to hand, which you can find on the email confirmation you received when your order was placed on our website.
