1 small punnet raspberries

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

1 tbsp icing sugar

1 small punnet strawberries hulled and halved

2 tbsp blueberries


1In a small bowl mash 2/3rd of the raspberries with the vanilla bean paste and the icing sugar, until mushy and jam like

2Stir through the remaining soft fruits and pile into a small Kilner jar

3Serve with the scones and a large dollop of clotted cream alongside.

An easy and healthy jam that's packed with berry flavour. Taking no time at all, this is perfect for brunches and afternoon tea.
